Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters related to white-collar crime and regulatory investigations.
• Assist in enforcement actions and compliance-related issues.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advisory.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in white-collar crime.
• Experience in investigations, enforcement, and regulatory matters.
• Strong understanding of litigation and legal procedures.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure and complex cases.
