Details of the Job/Internship

Sui Generis Legal is hiring two full-time lawyers for its Banking and Project Finance practice at its Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Search Reports across different jurisdictions in India.
• Draft and vet banking, loan, and mortgage-related documentation.
• Review and analyze revenue and title documents.
• Assist in legal due diligence for banking and project finance matters.
• Coordinate with clients and teams for document review and compliance.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years.
• Strong expertise in title search and revenue document analysis.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing banking and mortgage agreements.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
