Details of the Job/Internship

TMT Law Practice is hiring an Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their Transactions, Advisory and Policy (TAP) team in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Provide regulatory advisory across sectors such as telecom, technology, media, online gaming, e-commerce, and others.
• Offer product counsel/advisory for new products and features.
• Support in policy advocacy, government affairs, or PE/VC transactions (if applicable).

Eligibility

• 3–4 years PQE in relevant sectors.
• Strong contract drafting, advisory, and policy analysis skills.
• Ability to simplify complex regulations into practical, business-friendly advice.
