Tractor Junction is hiring a Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor Law and contract drafting to join their legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on Labor Law matters and employee relations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including employee agreements and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and mitigate legal risks.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent with experience in Labor Law and contract drafting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor Law, with exposure to NBFCs or law firms.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
