Details of the Job/Internship

VahanHelp is hiring a Lawyer with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and provide legal counsel on challan clearance matters and RTO/traffic-related cases.
• Research and apply traffic and transport laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act.
• Draft and review challan-related documents, notices, and appeals.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to design efficient workflows for the challan clearance solution.
• Ensure end-to-end product compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL.M with a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in challan, transport, or motor vehicle law cases.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in LegalTech and product innovation.
• Prior experience with LegalKart, Layered.in, or similar legal-tech platforms is a strong plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
