Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a lawyer specialising in labour and employment laws to join their Mumbai office. The role involves handling employment advisory, contract documentation, legal analysis, and providing counsel on various labour laws, including the Labour Codes and general corporate matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on employment and labour law matters.
- Draft, review, and analyse employment-related contracts and documentation.
- Offer legal analysis and counsel on labour laws, including the Labour Codes.
- Handle employment law compliance and general corporate legal issues.
- Manage tasks independently while ensuring high-quality legal deliverables.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of core experience in labour and employment law.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
