Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join its office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Lawyers with 2/3 years PQE in Corporate/M&A matters with a reputed law firm. The incumbents would be expected to be team players from a good law school with good academic records, drafting, and oral communication skills.
• Candidates should have relevant experience in legal due diligence, report preparation, drafting/ vetting of definitive agreements, transaction closing, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, compliance, etc. 
• The selected candidates can expect a varied and challenging work experience and will be offered remuneration commensurate with their experience and skillsets.
