Details of the Job/Internship
Vaseeyatnama is hiring for the position of Lawyer to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support across a range of matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare reports, opinions, and memos.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support projects, policies, and initiatives.
- Monitor and interpret changes in legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; must be a registered member of the Bar Council of India.
- Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and document review.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience representing organizations in legal proceedings is preferred.
