Vidhisatta Legal Associates is hiring a Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients before courts and government agencies, conducting legal research, advising on legal issues, ensuring legal compliance, negotiating settlements, and developing effective legal strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and advice on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate settlements and assist in dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India is required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
