Details of the Job/Internship

Vinsfertility is seeking a dedicated lawyer to manage and oversee health documentation for our clients undergoing surrogacy and IVF treatments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to surrogacy and IVF procedures.
• Ensure all patient documentation is handled confidentially and in compliance with healthcare and legal standards.
• Provide legal support and guidance on contractual matters to patients and staff.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that all legal aspects of patient care are addressed.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in healthcare law, preferably with knowledge of surrogacy and IVF-related legal issues.
• Strong understanding of contract law and experience in drafting contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Professional demeanour and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary/Stipend
