Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for a motivated legal professional to join their General Corporate team. The ideal candidate will assist in corporate advisory, contract drafting, compliance, M&A transactions, and other business-related legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Assisting in M&A transactions, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Handling company incorporations, restructuring, and general corporate advisory.
• Keeping up to date with corporate laws, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognized institution.
• 0-3 years of experience in corporate law (freshers with strong internships are welcome).
• Knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and corporate compliance.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
