Details of the Job/Internship

Xoxoday is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience in the tech and/or finance sectors to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on operational and strategic matters.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in tech and/or finance sectors.
• Prior startup experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
