Details of the Job/Internship
Shastri Group of Institutes is hiring a Lawyer / Legal Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice to the institution on day-to-day matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle legal issues arising within the organisation.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the institution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in handling legal issues.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Master’s degree or additional legal certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in the education or aviation sector is preferred but not mandatory.
