Role and Responsibilities
- Property Legal Due Diligence
- Land Legal Due Diligence
- Drafting Property/Transaction Documents
- Drafting Commercial and Corporate Contracts
- Trademark & Copyright Search + Registration + IPR Hearings
- Government Liasoning
Eligibility
- Lawyers/Advocates with a minimum of 2 Years experience (having Sanad/Enrollment Number with Advocates Bar Council).
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Marathi Mandatory)
