Details of the Job/Internship
ASAP Legal is hiring a Junior Associate (Fresh Law Graduate) to join their offices in Delhi and Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse issues arising from banking and financial matters.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and agreements.
- Support senior lawyers in case preparation and legal documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within the team.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the respective Bar Council.
- Licensed to practise in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical ability.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preference for candidates with exposure to banking and financial matters.
