Kaizen Law is a boutique corporate law firm established in Gurgaon. The firm focuses only on transactional matters (M&A, PE, and VC deals) and general corporate, employment, and FEMA advisory.
Details of the Job/Internship
Kaizen Law is expanding its legal team and inviting applications from lawyers with at least 3 years of experience in corporate transactions, encompassing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital. Kindly apply if you have a proven track record of working on similar transactions. Please note that this role is for experienced lawyers only.
The firm also seeks lawyers passionate about policy and research work. Please send them your resume if you have interest and expertise in this area and a history of contributing to research and writing. This opportunity is open for both experienced and newly qualified lawyers.
