Details of the Job/Internship
PP International School is seeking experienced legal professionals in Ludhiana for consultation and project-based engagements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory on matters related to education law and school administration.
- Ensure corporate and statutory compliance with local and national educational boards.
- Draft and review service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment policies.
- Advise on internal governance and regulatory requirements specific to the education sector in Punjab.
- Manage legal documentation related to school property, affiliations, and certifications.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Relevant professional experience in Corporate Law, Education Law, or Compliance.
- Based in Ludhiana or able to travel for local consultations.
- Strong expertise in drafting and legal research.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Availability for part-time, project-based, or consultancy-style engagements.
- High degree of professional integrity and confidentiality.
