Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognised institution; LL.M or specialisation in corporate law is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency in legal research, case preparation, and interpretation of laws and regulations.
- Experience in compliance management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of legal aspects pertaining to educational institutions is an advantage.
- Strong ethical grounding and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
