Samvād: Partners is hiring lawyers with 5+ years of PQE for its Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)/ Private Equity (PE) practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on general corporate matters.
- To handle due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer, Divestments, etc.
Eligibility
- Must have done LLB.
- PQEof 5 Years in Corporate law.
- Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for M&A and Private Equity work.
- Mandatory work experience in Law Firm.
