Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania & Co. (S&Co.) is hiring lawyers with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Power Projects and Renewable Energy practice at its New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and mark up power and renewable energy project tenders.
• Advise on contractual and regulatory aspects of energy projects.
• Coordinate with clients on tender documentation and compliance.
• Support cross-border projects, particularly in Middle East jurisdictions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Prior experience in power projects or renewable energy tenders is mandatory.
• Experience with Middle East tender documentation preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
