Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania & Co. is looking to second a lawyer with 5+ years PQE to a marquee client based in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Proven experience advising educational institutions (schools, universities, education trusts, or edtech).
• Strong contracting & advisory across MoUs, affiliation/collaboration agreements, service/vendor contracts, lease & procurement.
• Regulatory & compliance exposure (state education laws; familiarity with UGC/AICTE/CBSE norms is a plus).
• Policy, PoSH, student/HR matters; drafting SOPs and internal policies.
• Litigation coordination with external counsel and stakeholder management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Eligibility

PQE: Minimum 5 years.

Salary/Stipend
