Details of the Job/Internship

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) is looking for a candidate for the role of Lawyer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Eligibility

• 1-4 years PQE.
• Experienced in renewables/transportation/green hydrogen and other infrastructure sectors.
• Experienced in drafting/negotiating PPAs, EPC/O&M/Concession Agreements and other project agreements. Also, experience in reviewing these documents for due diligences in the sector is essential.
• Familiar with regulations in the power sector and approvals for energy and infrastructure projects.

Salary/Stipend
