Vinit Nagar & Co. is hiring LLB graduates with 1-2 years of experience in the matter of Corporate Law & IBC who can assist their firm in drafting of company petitions, appeals, applications, schemes of mergers & amalgamation, and other drafting-related matters of the Companies Act and Insolvency & bankruptcy law. Their major area of practice includes handling litigations of corporate law and IBC and appearances before NCLT and NCLAT. Their office is located at Bopal Ambli Road, Ahmedabad.
