Details of the Job/Internship

Uniphore is looking for a candidate for the position of Lead - Contract Renewal to join them at their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sending renewal quotes 90 days before expiry date
• Chasing renewal quotations by telephone or email within agreed timescales.
• Responding to customer queries, addressing barriers to contract renewal.
• Escalating issues around contract renewal to the relevant Account Manager / Support Manager for resolution.
• Updating and maintaining real time accurate records using the internal systems.
• Raising purchase orders to 3rd party suppliers
• Evaluating opportunities to improve on process or approach and add value to the team.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team in creating contracts and checking orders.
• Checking and Invoicing orders, maintaining subscription orders
• Champion Uniphore’s core values in the business.

Eligibility

• Min 5 yrs of relevant experience in SaaS contract renewals
• Suitable experience in a similar role, combined with experience working at this level in a comparable industry/ organisation.
• Experience working within a global business and the ability to work at all levels in an organisation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
• An innovative, self-starter who is self-motivated and confident with excellent commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good judgment, be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Salary/Stipend
