Details of the Job/Internship

Numeros Motors is hiring a Lead - IP & Strategy with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Intellectual Property (IP) department for the organization. 
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the IP and strategy domain. 
• Coordinate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. 
• Develop and implement long-term IP strategies to protect automotive innovations. 
• Oversee the strategic direction of the IP portfolio to support business growth

Eligibility

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. 
• Preferred background in the automotive industry. 
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing departmental operations. 
• Ability to work five days a week from the Bangalore office

Salary/Stipend
