Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is hiring a Lead – Legal with 3–8 years of experience to join their office in Mangaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, finalize, and execute various commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Provide general corporate legal advisory to management aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure strict statutory and contractual compliance across all business operations.
- Manage litigation strategy and persevere to achieve desired legal results.
- Liaise with external counsels for specialized legal opinions and expert advice.
- Prepare and provide monthly reports and scheduled Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance, Secretarial, HR, and Associated Venture Companies.
- Negotiate contracts with external consultants and service providers.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree (mandatory).
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in legal affairs and contract drafting.
- Well-versed in key legal and business concepts.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate legal advice within strict timelines.
- Strong reporting skills and persistence in meeting internal deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to handle complex litigation and advisory matters.
