US Based Law Firm is hiring for the position of Lead Administrator with 5+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Oversee and manage inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
- Review and optimize lead screening processes to ensure quality and relevance
- Conduct preliminary legal evaluations to determine lead viability
- Ensure all communications comply with legal and ethical standards
2. Attorney Intake & Coordination
- Onboard attorneys and align them with appropriate lead types based on expertise
- Act as liaison between leads and attorneys for pre-consultation coordination
- Manage consultation scheduling, follow-ups, and issue escalation
3. Legal Oversight & Case Matching
- Review intake forms for legal red flags and escalate as needed
- Match leads with attorneys based on jurisdiction and case requirements
- Maintain updated internal legal resources and intake guidelines for attorneys
4. Webinar & Event Management
- Plan and coordinate weekly live webinars with attorney speakers
- Support content preparation and ensure legal accuracy of topics discussed
- Follow up with webinar participants and connect them to the right legal resources
5. CRM & Admin Oversight
- Maintain real-time CRM data, including lead status and consultation schedules
- Track lead conversions and generate performance reports
- Provide insights to management on attorney engagement and client journey metrics
6. Website & Forum Supervision
- Monitor public legal Q&A forums to ensure ethical and compliant responses
- Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot issues related to form submissions and scheduling
7. Compliance & Ethics Monitoring
- Ensure all operations align with bar association rules and legal ethics
- Monitor attorney-lead interactions to maintain professional standards
Eligibility
- Licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration law (asylum, family-based, H-1B, EB-1/2/3, TPS, etc.).
- Prior experience in legal intake, client engagement, or legal operations preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs, cloud-based scheduling tools, and intake software.
Salary/Stipend
