Details of the Job/Internship
EXL is hiring a Lead Assistant Manager – Legal Support with relevant experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Renew and maintain U.S. licenses for EXL India and OPIPL India.
- Coordinate with external counsels on licensing matters.
- Support vendor onboarding, audits, and payment tracking.
- Maintain secretarial and legal records and ensure compliance with internal GRC processes.
- Assist in managing corporate governance, including maintaining minute books and officer listings.
- Coordinate litigation matters and represent the company during court hearings if required.
- Assist in holding board meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining corporate databases.
- Support legal team projects, presentations, and corporate filings.
Eligibility
- Strong drafting skills and familiarity with U.S. commercial contracts.
- Experience with contract lifecycle tools, Microsoft Office, and legal research databases.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
