Details of the Job/Internship

Hourglass Research is looking for candidates for the position of Lead Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently carry out US patent drafting assignments, ensuring alignment with clients' innovation strategies
• Collaborate closely with the team, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelines
• Conduct inventor interviews, manage email correspondence, and actively participate in attorney calls to facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, providing mentorship and support to elevate team members' skills and expertise.
• Stay abreast of evolving USPTO/MPEP case laws and regulatory changes, imparting knowledge to the team and ensuring compliance in all patent-related activities.

Eligibility

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, and Computer Science.
IP Experience: 2-5 years in US patent drafting.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
