US Based Law Firm is hiring a Lead Coordinator Intern with 2+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
- Working Days: 6 Days working
- Shift - 7AM to 4PM EST
Role and Responsibilities
Monitor incoming leads from various sources, including:
- Leads Ads (paid advertising channels). Open forum leads (user-generated questions and inquiries). Website leads (contact forms, chat inquiries, etc.). Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), if required. Leads provided by the team or other internal sources. Accurately categorize and distribute leads to the appropriate sales representatives or account managers.
- Qualify leads before distribution by assessing their suitability based on predefined criteria.
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties and lead-related tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-ups are made by the sales team and update the status of each lead in the CRM system.
Data Entry & Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, including contact details, communication history, engagement status, and lead source.
- Regularly update and clean the lead database to remove duplicates or outdated entries.
- Track lead sources and measure their effectiveness to optimize lead acquisition strategies.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and attorneys to ensure smooth communication and seamless lead processing.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients and direct them to the appropriate sales representative or attorney.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate detailed reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Analyze lead trends from all sources and suggest improvements to enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and account managers about lead quality and suggest improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's in law preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
