This is a leadership role responsible for driving legal strategy, compliance and governance in a fast-growing digital platform, with close interaction with senior management and support for business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive legal strategy, compliance and corporate governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 legal professionals.
- Handle corporate law, contracts, compliance, risk management and litigation matters.
- Work closely with senior management to support business growth.
Eligibility
- Experience of 7–10 years.
- Expertise in corporate law, contracts, compliance, risk and litigation.
