Details of the Job/Internship

Wabtec Corporation is hiring a Lead Counsel – Commercial with at least 5 years of experience to join their legal team in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support commercial transactions and provide contract negotiation and review.
• Handle HR, labour, and intellectual property agreements.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with external lawyers.
• Advise on India-specific regulatory and compliance issues.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and maintain documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Member in good standing of one or more state bars or local equivalent.

Salary/Stipend
