GAVS Technologies is hiring a Lead Executive - Corporate Legal to join them in Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiations & Drafting: Oversee and lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of customer contracts, including software licensing agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service level agreements, and other legal documents.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: Manage the company’s IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, ensuring protection of intellectual property.
• Dispute Resolution: Provide legal guidance in resolving disputes, managing litigation, arbitration, and settlements, and collaborating with external counsel as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and HR teams to address legal challenges and provide solutions that align with business goals.
• M&A and Corporate Transactions: Provide legal support in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and negotiation.
• Policy Development & Enforcement: Help develop and enforce internal policies and procedures to minimize legal and regulatory risks.

Salary/Stipend
