Details of the Job/Internship

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is hiring a Lead Expert – Legal (ISDA/Derivatives) with over 4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate international commercial agreements including ISDA Master Agreements, GMRA, GMSLA, NDAs, and Confidentiality Agreements.
• Handle derivative document negotiations and support business needs across global markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide legal training and mentorship within the team.
• Ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with leading banks or financial institutions.
• Prior exposure to European, Asian, or US markets.
• Strong legal background with expertise in corporate and contract law.
• Experience in training and managing teams is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
