Details of the Job/Internship

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is hiring a Lead Expert – Legal (ISDA/Derivatives) with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in leading banks or financial institutions to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Negotiating derivative documents with counterparties.
• Providing legal guidance on finance-based contracts, derivatives business, and market practices.
• Collaborating effectively with teams and training members on derivative documentation.
• Leading and managing people with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in derivatives law with leading banks or financial institutions.
• Exposure to European, Asian, and US markets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law.
• Advanced expertise in finance-based contracts, derivatives, and market practices.
• Proven experience in team management and training.
