The Providence Global Center (PGC) Legal team partners with the Department of Legal Affairs (DLA) in the U.S. to enhance legal operations and drive efficiency across legal processes.

Details of the Job/Internship

Providence India is hiring a Lead Legal Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with Legal Operations team to support legal process efficiencies.
Manage legal documents throughout their lifecycle.
Create and manage legal matters in Legal Tracker.
Review law firm invoices and support related workflows.
Collate data and metrics for attorney dashboards.
Create Excel macros and PowerPoint presentations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop supporting tools.
Create and maintain SharePoint pages for the Department of Legal Affairs.

Eligibility

Graduate with experience in shared legal services in India.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in working with U.S. legal departments.
Strong project coordination, technical acumen, and familiarity with legal tools and repositories.
