Details of the Job/Internship
Icertis is hiring a Lead Legal Associate with 5+ years' experience in contract law, legal risk management, and compliance for its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define and align playbook content for AI contract tools.
- Design a comprehensive legal playbook for contract risk assessment.
- Define risk categories, mitigation strategies, and escalation protocols.
- Test playbooks using AI tools to ensure desired outcomes.
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and present client documentation, reports, and demos.
- Support stakeholder engagement across legal, tech, and customer teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract law or legal risk management.
- Familiarity with legal AI tools (e.g., Icertis, Ironclad, Kira).
- Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills.
- Experience in legal playbook or policy development preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and SaaS platforms is a plus.
