Details of the Job/Internship
Icertis is hiring a Lead Legal Associate with 5+ years of experience in contract law, legal risk management, or compliance to join its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer teams to align and design playbook content for AI assistance tools.
- Create a comprehensive legal playbook for contract risk assessment.
- Define risk categories, thresholds, mitigation strategies, and escalation protocols.
- Test and refine playbooks using AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineers and customer stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback to enhance workflows and risk definitions.
- Monitor solution performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and demos to clients and leadership.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract law, legal risk management, or compliance.
- Familiarity with AI legal tech tools (e.g., contract analysis platforms, LLM-based assistants).
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Experience in legal operations, playbook creation, or policy drafting is a plus.
