Details of the Job/Internship

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is looking for the position of Lead - Legal Contracts to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiation of contracts.
• Renewal/termination with vendors.
• Advice on legal implications for new business initiatives.
• Advice and overseeing compliance of the consumer laws including ecommerce rules to all businesses under the umbrella of ABFRL, including subsidiaries.

Eligibility

• Upgradation of contract drafting skill from time to time.
• Work as team with contracts team of ABFRL to ensure synergy in processes.
• Lead a team of one or more persons.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
