Details of the Job/Internship

IGT Solutions is hiring a Lead Legal Counsel with 5–10 years of experience to join its legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer and vendor agreements, SOWs, and NDAs.
Prepare legal notices, replies, and litigation-related documents.
Provide legal advisory and support business decision-making.
Manage legal documentation, correspondence, and notices.
Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies, including dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
Stay updated on legal developments in the IT/ITES sector.

Eligibility

B.A. LL.B from a reputed institution.
Qualified to practice law in India.
5–10 years of experience in corporate legal or law firm roles.
Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
Good understanding of indemnity, limitation of liability, and IT/ITES contracts.
