Details of the Job/Internship
ib vogt GmbH is hiring a Lead Legal (Land and Contracts) with 10–15 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana
Role and Responsibilities
- Make decisions on execution of sale/lease deeds, ATS/ATL, and POA after legal due diligence for land acquisition.
- Stay updated on land, property, and local regulations, and regularly inform management.
- Handle legal issues related to agricultural land conversion, mutation, amalgamation, stamp duty, and document registration.
- Draft and review MoUs, sale agreements, lease deeds, and other land-related documents.
- Support the land team in securing authorisations from government and regulatory authorities.
- Manage documentation of land purchase or lease agreements, including title search reports and chain documents.
- Coordinate with state revenue authorities for title verification certificates.
- Guide the land team on legal disputes related to land title.
Eligibility
- LLM or LLB with experience in property and local laws, including the Land Revenue Act, Stamp & Registration Act, and Forest Conservation Act.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
