Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Realty is hiring a Lead – Legal with 15+ years of experience to lead and manage regional legal functions in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Executing and adhering to the legal framework for the region.
- Leading all legal matters for the regional business.
- Handling litigation, non-litigation, and legal research activities.
- Managing legal operations and liaising with legal consultants and advisors.
- Briefing senior advocates on civil, criminal, consumer, and pre-litigation matters.
- Representing the organisation in legal appearances and coordinating with counsels.
- Liaising with municipal authorities and urban development authorities.
- Tracking and resolving land, mortgage, and litigation issues.
- Supervising development agreements, flat sale agreements, and related documents under MOFA and RERA.
- Planning AOP and adhering to regional legal budgets.
- Promoting a performance-driven culture and supporting team capability building.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM qualification.
- Company Secretary qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of legal experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with law firms or solicitor firms preferred.
