Adani and TotalEnergies announced the beginning of a new partnership to develop sustainable energy projects for the Indian market. This project involves setting up a LNG import and regasification terminal on the East Coast of India, which would be the seventh operational LNG terminal in India and second on the East Coast.

Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Total Private Limited is looking for candidate for the position of Lead Legal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on drafting LNG supply, regasification services, gas transportation and sale of natural gas agreements.
• Provide legal advice, structure, draft, negotiate Contracts, Work Orders. 
• Support Dhamra LNG (100% subsidiary of Adani Total Private Limited) on operational matters.
• Advise on all aspects of the construction activities of the regasification terminal.
• Be self-sufficient in taking organization’s position forward by facilitating the decisions of important internal and external stakeholders. 
• Develop and provide company views on national regulatory framework governing regas import terminals and access to gas pipelines.
• Draw attention of management to legal implications of business propositions in a proactive and timely manner.

Eligibility

The incumbent must have a full time academic legal background with post qualification experience of at least 10-12 years.
