LeadSquared is hiring a Lead - Legal with experience of 3-5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
They are looking for an experienced and qualified LLB graduate to join our legal team as an In-House Counsel. The focus of this role is on contract and compliance management with knowledge of labor laws.
Role and Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end management of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of commercial contracts (e.g., customer agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs) relevant to a SaaS company.
- Monitor and track contractual obligations to ensure compliance and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
- Provide legal support to the organization on contract law, ensuring all agreements align with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs and policies, enhancing contract management practices and compliance awareness across departments.
- Assist in dispute resolution related to contractual issues, working with business and legal teams to manage contract-related risks effectively.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as an in-house counsel or law firm associate.
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, especially in the areas of contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Work from Office in Bangalore.
