Details of the Job/Internship

Titan Company Ltd is hiring a Lead – Legal (Investment Banking Division) with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on M&A, joint ventures, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and deal documentation.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.
• Support the company’s strategic growth initiatives through effective legal counsel.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or investment banking law.
• Strong expertise in M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods sector is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
