Details of the Job/Internship
Lowe’s India is hiring a Lead Legal – Contract with 6 to 8 years of experience to join their legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to IT software, hardware, cloud, SaaS, consulting, and professional services.
- Monitor contract review processes to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and business unit expectations.
- Work with templates and legal playbooks and help improve them continuously.
- Assess contract-related risks and communicate them effectively to the business team.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- 6 to 8 years of legal experience in an MNC or law firm.
- Strong experience with Indian and U.S. contracts.
- Skilled in negotiation, legal research, and risk assessment.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience supporting global legal teams is a plus.
