Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Capital is hiring a Lead – Litigation with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their offices in Delhi or Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee litigation matters across pan-India.
• Manage recovery cases and coordinate with external advocates and legal partners.
• Draft, vet, and review legal documents, notices, and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice on recovery strategies and ongoing litigation issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and legal authorities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation or recovery-related legal functions.
• Strong understanding of civil/criminal procedures, Section 138, and arbitration recovery laws.
