Details of the Job/Internship

Securitas is hiring a Lead Regional Compliance Specialist with over 5 years of compliance experience to join their team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists.
• Conduct and support audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Work closely with data center operations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Deliver reports, conduct training sessions, and facilitate meetings to enhance compliance awareness.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improving workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively across global teams.
• Present to senior leadership and large audiences with strong verbal and written communication.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and international trips.
• Work nights and weekends on occasion to accommodate project needs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compliance experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
•  ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable with public speaking.Must be at least 18 years old, have the legal right to work in India, be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening, and have a valid passport for travel.
