Details of the Job/Internship
Securitas Group is hiring for the position of Lead Regional Compliance Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and supervise Regional Compliance Specialists across APAC.
 - Compliance Oversight: Conduct and support audits, evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure policies and controls are followed.
 - Operational Support: Partner with data center operations to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
 - Reporting & Communication: Deliver timely compliance reports, lead webinars, conduct training sessions, and present findings to senior leadership.
 - Process Improvement: Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and promote best practices to optimize compliance operations.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams, driving consistency and accountability across diverse cultures and geographies.
 
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
 - Experience:
 - 5+ years of progressive compliance experience.
 - 3+ years of people management experience.
 - Experience in datacenter or operations environments preferred.
 - ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification highly desirable.
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to leadership and large audiences.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
 - Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
 
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international); valid passport required.
 - Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends.
 - Must have reliable communication, transportation, and the legal right to work in India.
 - Must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo background checks and pre-employment screening.
