Details of the Job/Internship

PrivatBank is hiring a Leading Lawyer for Cross border Dispute Resolution Department with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Ukraine.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on cross-border litigation, arbitration and other international matters;
• Analysis of the Bank's position in international disputes and develop the case strategy;reviewing, amending, drafting procedural materials and documents (witness statements,pleadings, briefs, etc.);
• Work with legal advisors on the cases and coordinate their work;
• Preparation internal documents and assisting in passing through the approval processes inside the Bank;
• Work with other departments and preparation of legal advise on their requests.
• Work with financial issues related to work with legal advisors and other professionals involved in the Bank's cases.

Eligibility

• Master degree in law;
• Experience in cross-border litigation and arbitration cases at least 3 years;
• General work experience in law at least 5 years fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in Englis hincluding legal writing and speaking skills;
• experience in managing the cases and work with legal advisors.
• Excellent legal analysis and drafting skills;
• experience in manageing financial issues related to the scope of work.
• strong interpersonal and engagement skills;
• ability to take a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging work load.

Salary/Stipend
